I am the ISS teacher and Head Softball Coach at Northwest High School. I am beginning my 32nd year as a teacher/coach and my 2nd year in Tennessee. I retired in 2020 after 30 years in Georgia as a Physical Education Teacher, Athletic Director, 20 years as a Head Softball Coach, 14 years as a Head Baseball Coach, 6 years Head Girls Golf Coach, and various assistant coaching positions. I love competition and putting student/athletes in a position to be successful. I am married to Vikki (Forry) Lyons who is an Education Consultant with CMCSS schools and we have two children, Mitchel lives in Nashville and Rachel lives in Cleveland, Ohio.
