Mr. J. was raised in Clarksville and graduated from Clarksville Academy and then Austin Peay with a degree in chemistry. After spending two years at Clemson University as an organic chemistry graduate student, he spent three years working as a chemist for the Agriculture Research Service in South Carolina. In 1998 Mr. Jordan joined the Northwest family as a science teacher and has been teaching chemistry since 2000.
