Welcome to Culinary Arts I, II, III, and IV at Northwest High School! I’m Mrs. Radford, and I’m thrilled to begin my second year guiding students through the exciting and hands-on world of culinary arts. Culinary I is the first step in a four-year journey where students explore the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required in the foodservice and hospitality industry.
As someone who spent many years in the culinary field before teaching, I’m passionate about preparing students not only for careers but for lifelong success. Whether your student dreams of becoming a chef or simply wants to become more independent in the kitchen, this course offers real-world skills and engaging opportunities.
