CSM Louk, the Senior Army Instructor, was raised in Howell Township, NJ. He graduated from Howell High School and received a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. CSM Louk is retired with 28yrs of active service in the US Army. He is in his 6th year teaching at Northwest High School. CSM Louk is JROTC Senior Army Instructor, and is responsible all aspects of the JROTC Program. Sponsors the JROTC Drill Team/Color Guard and JLAB(Leadership and Academic Board) team. CSM Louk is dedicated to contributing to the success of CMCSS, Northwest High School, and the JROTC program.

MY EXPECTATIONS

  • We will follow the Golden Rule- Treat others how you want to be treated.
  • Be on time!  When arriving, go directly to your seat and stand. The class leader will report attendance to me, lead the reciting of the class motto, Preamble, Cadet Creed, Chain of Command, and read the words of the day).
  • Actively participate in all classroom activities with a positive attitude.
  • Have fun learning!
  • Cell phone use is not authorized in the classroom.
  • Represent the school, JROTC Program, your family and yourself with pride and dignity at all times!!
