1SG Tracy A. Schwartzkopf is a native of Columbia, Tennessee and a graduate of Spring Hill High School. 1SG Schwartzkopf retired with 20 years of active service to the United States Army. This is her 7th year as a JROTC Instructor. She holds an associate degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice, both from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources (MBA) while currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) both from Columbia Southern University. 1SG Schwartzkopf has five children, Adavin, Tre, MJ, LeMari (deceased), and LeiLani.

U.S. Army JROTC Cadet Creed

I am an Army Junior ROTC Cadet.
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school and the Corps of Cadets.
I am loyal and patriotic.
I am the future of the United States of America.
I do not lie, cheat or steal and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds.
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism.
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body.
I will seek the mantle of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the Constitution and the American way of life.
May God grant me the strength to always live by this creed.

  • Be on time
  • Be respectful
  • Put all phones and headphones/ear pods away in bookbag prior to entering class
  • Cadets will recite the Preamble, Cadet Creed, and Class Motto everyday at the beginning of class
  • Actively participate in all classroom activities with a positive attitude
