NW Named to the 2017 U.S. News Best High Schools
This week, Northwest was named to the 2017 U.S. News Best High Schools rankings. Out of Tennessee’s 480 public high schools, Northwest was ranked 37th. Congrats Vikings!
Viking Basketball Wins Districts

Wrestling Champions
Wrestling won a district title for the first time in over two decades! They went undefeated in the district this season. The Vikings will travel to Beech High Thursday to compete at the region duals against two of the top teams in the state. Good luck Vikings!
Wrestling State Qualifiers
The Vikings had an amazing weekend. They tied the school record with eight individual male state qualifiers and three female qualifiers this upcoming weekend at the state championships in Franklin. Viking Alumnus Named APSU Althete of the Week
Kymmalett Ross, former Viking, was named Bojangles APSU Athlete of the Week. Ross made APSU history February 12th after posting a 24.37 200m dash mark, winning the fourth heat. Congratulations Kymmalett Ross.
